Attorney Ryan R. Scambio, Esq. (he/him) was born in Providence, Rhode Island. He attended high school in Warwick, RI at Bishop Hendricken High School. There, he played baseball and was a two (2) time state champion and graduate. Attorney Scambio then attended college in St. Petersburg, FL, at Eckerd College and graduated in 2008. Attorney Scambio graduated from Massachusetts School of Law at Andover in 2018 and while there he participated in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Advocacy team, placing number four overall in the United States and number one in the Northeast region.
In 2018, Attorney Scambio entered private practice and co-founded Advocates Legal Group, LLP, with his classmate and friend Attorney Christian Franklin. In October of 2023, Attorney Scambio opened Law Office of Ryan R. Scambio, LLC., and that entity currently has its principal office at 11 Foster Street, Suite 313, in Worcester, MA.
Growing up Attorney Scambio was a talented baseball player and competitive athlete. He brings that same competitive nature to your corner while representing all of his clients. This competitive spirit has translated well into his law practice and business and gives him an edge to succeed in your representation.
Attorney Scambio approaches all matters with the “client-centered” model, placing his client’s needs and goals above his own and certainly above those of the Commonwealth or any civil defendant.
Coming from a place coined the “Ocean State,” Attorney Scambio enjoys spending his free time by the ocean when the weather permits. For the past five (5) years, Attorney Scambio has resided in Massachusetts and has plans to remain in Massachusetts long term. Attorney Scambio is an animal lover and has a five (5) year old GSD, Apollo. Apollo spends a significant amount of time learning the legal field with Attorney Scambio at the office or at home.
Currently Attorney Scambio focuses his practice on Criminal law in the Superior and District court(s) and serious bodily injury matters. While Attorney Scambio cannot promise you a favorable outcome in every matter, he does promise you that there is no one who will work harder for you.
